Yeah,
I woke up here in Los Angeles this morning to some smoke the smell of fire, the same last night.
We have had 2 fires here in Palos Verdes in the last year, I hope it dosn't happen again

On saturday we drove up and took some pictures. We thought it was ALOT closer than it really was, but we got some neat pics.

Yes....Wild Fires are what we have here during Fire Season. Hope eveyone is OK, and no homes are threatened....keep us updated.

Thats what we have too. I live near a wine country. There have been many fires there.

Yesterday in Santa Barbara I could barely take a full breath, the air was so full of ash. The sky was gray and I could not see the mountains. There was ash coating everything that was outside. The sunlight was very golden. Today it was much better. By the late afternoon I could see the mountains again and the sky was returning to blue.

A couple of years back we had to evacuate our home because of a wild fire. It is something I would not wish on my worst enemy. I hope everyone is OK, and no homes lost

Its been a busy fire season all across the country this year. Many fires burned in many states. We had our own wild fire here a few weeks ago.

Its a very scary thing when not only your home but your life can be threatened. Sometimes people don't have a lot of time because the fires move so fast and they have to evacuate quickly. The fires that are caused my nature you can't do much about, but the ones that are started by humans...

People can lose everything in the world they have worked their whole lives for. There is no punishment harsh enough for someone who would start a fire for the fun of it. Hopefully, we will get all remaining fires out soon, and put this fire season behind us!

same here, Fraizer Park is in danger up here which is 1 hour away... maybe it will eventually hit six flags, lol... no that would suck.
