  • Pele...the blessed

Today at my work, we celebrated the feast day of St. Francis of Asissi with a blessing of the animals. Church members could bring their animals for a special blessing done by our deacons and I am pleased to announce that Pele, one of the Crazy Legs 6 was blessed....I keep teasing Derek that our kitty was baptized today. LOL. She was the only cat amidst many dogs and a bird. So to mark this special occasion I took a picture of her:

    :lmao: I'm a dork

        Aww, congrats to her!
        Good morning, son
        In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
        It was pain
        Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

I  Pele! SO freakin' adorable. I always loved pet blessing day. I remember taking my dogs a couple of times. It was always fun to see all of the family pets show up to church with their humans! )
