We have a front page filled with amazing content. We offer weekly meetups in the parks. Meets and events all over the world. Podcasts and videos. And we continue to maintain forums for your posting convenience. But with all those options, we can't be everywhere all the time. We need YOUR help. Please don't poke the trolls. Report posts and leave reputation. We'll do our best to keep the forums clean and active, but we can't do so without your help.

          The pilot of the plane was Yankee's pitcher, Clory Lidle. RIP.

            apparently the plane was piloted by NY Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle. He was the only one on the plane. Terrible accident.

                Well that was scary, I hear plane crash in NYC, and my parents are flying out of New York today. I feel bad for the people who were killed, but I can't help feeling a sense of relief.

                  Appearently Lidle had "called" (not sure whether over radio or phone) in that he was having fuel problems.

                    It is unfortunate that this accident happened. I am sure all the Yankees and Baseball fans are saddened by Cory's death.
