Speaking of 13's and superstition and the like...if you're ever in Northern California I highly recommend the Winchester House in San Jose. Fascinating...and the gardens are beautiful...

On another topic, we have a beautiful black cat that goes outside sometimes. Unfortunately we have to put him on "house arrest" until after Halloween ....

Sad but true for his safety and because we love him!
