$2.29 gas in Anahei, Orangewood and Harbor

Checking out the lowest prices in OC (need to buy gas after going to Six Flags), and found the lowest price in Orange County at many locations is $2.29, and the ARCO on Orangewood and Harbor (basically a couple of large blocks south of Katella) is one of them...

So for those folks in the area, here is a chance to save a few cents.....

We're always behind the times - it's still $2.44 here. But, we were a little slower to get up in prices.

We were the fastest to go up and the slowest to come back down. I got all excited over $2.65 at an ARCO yesterday. Bah. Oregon's still the fifth highest state.

At least in Oregon you don't have to get out of the car in the rain and cold (or worse yet, the summer heat) and pump the gas yourself! There are some days when I'd give anything to have someone do that for me.

Yeah, I don't get the gas pumping thing. I actually think we're not allowed to do our own so that we'll just stay within a gas tank of our borders. It works. :lol: I have no clue how to pump gas, nor do I feel like learning.

Prices about 2.55 on average for 87 here in Ventura County...about ten cents cheaper where I get it, at Costco. Drive 30 miles northwest to Santa Barbara and prices are always 40 cents higher. Go figure.

How did you land that gig?

I work at a Gas Station/Cafe, when the new owner took over everything went to Hell so even though I live 3 hours away I get payed big bucks to come home for the weekend to wait tables. Weekly bonuses are wonderful!
