Well, for me to throw up...I tend to look up first so I get a clear visualization, and then I usually bend my knees a bit and get the tortilla squared away in my grips...and then as I rise up, I pop up and fling my hands in a quick upward motion so the tortilla goes gracefully wizzing through the air.
