  • Disneykat tackes the Big Apple

I'm starting this thread now, so that once the pictures are up, I can post a few and then link those of you who want to see more.

We arrived early Thursday morning, and saw The empire State bldg, times Square, Ground Zero, and.....I think that's it.

Yesterday was The Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and World of Disney. Not alot yesterday but it took and hour+ to get on the Ferry to the Statue. Good times, and tired feet.

Funny story about seeing Morgan Freeman. But the best part was meeting up with Ron10036, a beloved micechatter (Love you Ron)!!!!!

Pictures coming soon. Today we are off to Chinatown...mmmm, dim sum.

I love visiting my in laws. I always eat well when they are around!!!!!!

We had Dim Sum in Chinatown and had the leftovers for dinner tonight. Hit FAO Schwartz, Times Square and St. Patrick's Cathedral today. We're so awesome, we "crashed" a wedding @ the cathedral.

DMof2....no worries about fleet week. I've been "checking it all out" and liking it very much

For a teaser, here are 2 shots from Thursday's adventures:

              At M&M World

We got 2 Mickey Statues at World of Disney....I got Fantasia Mickey (with the light up base) and Mr. Dkat got Jedi Mickey Can't wait to make room for them when we get home.

There are just things that you need to talk to other women with. You may have the best relationship in the world with your husband, but there are just times you need your girlfriends. It makes for a healthier and happier you which makes everything else you do better.

Looks awesome. My friends spent $18 in the M&Ms store. Ridiculous for candy which smells like feet. Or is that Hershey's?

                        Besides the point.
You look like, and I'm sure you are, having an awesome time. It's hard not to in NYC. Keep the photos coming!
