  • Priceline Hotel -- Transferring?

I "accidentally" bought a room via Priceline and now I can't make the trip. Anyone know of any way to offload the room to someone else?

I'm sorry, I think you're SOL. It says on there somewhere non-transferable, and what's worse, when you check-in, your credit card/ID has to match with the name on Priceline.

You may try to call the hotel with a good sob story, but they don't owe you anything, so be really nice. Sorry to not have better news.

We had a simliar event with priceline. They have a one time cacellation fee, it is 150.00. If you bid again in the following seven day period on a similar room changing the dates or length or location and win you get 125.00 of the 150 refunded.

How do you "accidently" bid/win a room on priceline?

My dad has had really good luck getting refunds from priceline and I believe expedia.
