  • So, I got a job (kinda)

I'v been job hunting the last few months, trying to find a job that will
    A. Make me happy.
    B. Hire a 15 year old

So, I turned in an application to Rubys, and guess what!?
I'v heard nothing yet. So i contacted the manager of a local public access channel (on cable TV) asking about an internship, or summer job there. So today I went down to the studio, got a little tour, and talked with her about helping out there weekdays over the summer, and into next school year. The downside : I wouldn't get paid or get school credit until i'm 16.
But thats ok! I think it will be a great experience beacause I want to get into the TV buisness when i'm older, and I think i made a great choice.
Just wanted to share the news with everyone

That is an awesome opportunity, even though you wouldnt get paid the experience is worth a lot more than money! Too cool!

    A little piece of heaven

That's great!!! Even if it doesn't pay, it's something that you like and it's great experience for you. You can learn a lot and it'll get you out of the house.

      Have fun and work hard!!!
Press today is so concerned with cool vs. not cool that they're starting to forget good vs. bad. I'm not sure I'll ever be "cool", but I will always tirelessly strive to be "great". - Josh Groban

Internships can be awesome and lead you down the path to your dream!

Remember that, because I'm sure there will be moments when you're like, "And I'm not even getting paid for this crap!!"

The experience and the networking are worth their weights in gold for the type of dream you have.
"But every night, when it gets dark
        and the stars come out,
I'll look up on her behalf.
I'll look up in the sky and think of you."

That is really cool. You will much rather do that than work with food. That Ruby's in PV is not even near the beach like most of them. I guess if you want to watch ice skating it is ok.

Yeah, I would much rather work at the one next to Seaside Lagoon.
