Those guys are ****ing tools. It is beyond selfish to risk others lives, so you can go fast, like a ****head extra from fast and furious.

There are local tracks that allow people to bring their cars and drag race, so it is legal, and safe

Yah, but to be fair, blow-up dolls aren't getting any cheaper.

It might be legal, but if you don't know what you are doing, it certainly isn't safe. Yikes!

How do these kids have $10,000 to spend on their cars?

            great quote:

Zavala, who admits he's been involved in street racing, estimates he and his mother spent about $10,000 on improvements to his car.

WTF? His mom? Maybe she was the flag drop girl at local races?

            ...and with a stolen engine.

They are spoiled little rich kids.

This has been going on for quite some time now.

That story took place around the area I use to live in. But thankfully their cars were destroyed. We don't need idiots like them driving cars in the first place.

No, actually you have to get a license to race, and your car has to be safety inspected first. And, if you do decide to crash, you're just taking yourself out, which is fine.

Yeah...until the car jumps out of the pile of rubble and turns into this!

                          But seriously....

Totally agreed. And the fact that mom helped pay....shameful. I live in Rialto. And there is a LONG street near my house, off the 15 frwy that is used for racing every single night. I'm close enough I hear the cars zooming by. I cringe just waiting to hear the crash. There are also make-shift memorials all along the road for those who have died from street racing. It's just sad.

                          Ta Da!
