    The Thames River has burst its banks, forcing the evacuation of hundreds of homes in the university city of Oxford in Britain's worst floods for 60 years.

      Dude, that sucks. I hope they can get that fixed. We've all seen what flood damage can do.

          My word! That's terrible.

          I hope it gets resolved quickly and doesn't turn into complete chaos.

                  It's crazy how all these places are having floods and those of us here in California are going through the driest season in 130 years.
                  I feel so bad for those people in the floods.
