Sickies!?

My hubby , son and daughter are all home today with some kind of bug!


I think I managed to fight it off.


Anyone else out there feeling crummy?

Hubby had a bug last week. Kind of a head cold with tummy issues. I managed to avoid catching it so far.

This weekend I was totally yucky. Started Friday-kinda' and I took a two hour nap at 5pm yesterday. Headache (super headache), nose, sneezing, fever, and throat. I ended up drinking a lot of tea and napping. I blame the kid with the 104' fever at work and then the mom would didn't pick up until 6pm (we called at 3:30), and sent her kid the next day back to school, back to daycare, still sick.

PB- try giving the kids airbourne for kids. It takes down the life of the cold significantly even after the kids are already sick.

yep all of US girls have been sik with some sort of cold.. the 2 little ones had fevers with thiers.. we are finally on the mend..

max started sniffling Friday, belle and myself followed saturday. yesterday started with max feeling really bad (cold and tummy). by bedtime he was starting to feel a little better and I got progressively worse. i finally called in sick at 1am when I came o the conclusion I wasnt going to sleep. I did get a couple short naps in and now I need to survive a day home with the kids. They are feeling better of course.

Beth had the fever last nite. was debating to send her to school or not...she looked ok this morning so I sent her.... Guess it is the season to be sick

Woke up this morning with a headache, sore throat, and fever... so I'm home sick from school, loafing in bed and reading micechat... A friend of mine records the lectures because her goal is to graduate from our university on the Deans List, so I'll snatch them from her. Hope everyone feels better.

What a horrible mother! I sincerely hope that isn't any reflection of what she does daily with her child.

C was sick on Friday with vomiting and fever, took the day off work and just tried to keep her comfortable. She finally got over it Saturday evening, the fever, the rest was over the day before.

I hope everyone sick feels better soon!!!

Awww. I hope they all feel better soon. A friend of mine who is a professional caterer was going to make my Birthday cake for my party last week but she and her family fell ill with the crud last week as well. All was well because we went to Wal Mart to get a generic one. Of course after the piece I had at my party I went downstairs last night to get another and it was all gone. Maybe that's a good thing. LOL

Ick that doesn't sound good.

This mom no matter what picks up at 6 or if I am lucky 5:53. But what kinda' tipped me off the day before was the kid was complaining of stomach pain. I don't know...
