So with all this talk about roasted pumpkin seeds ... anybody have any "recipes" they care to share?
Ingredients
Makes 1/2 cup
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add pumpkin seeds; cook, stirring frequently, until seeds begin to brown and pop, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat; drain seeds on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
* Liz, I also add a tablespoon of butter before roasting.

I like David Pumpkin seeds too. No where near homemade, but much more flavorful than sunflower seeds. 1 drawback, you can't pop a fistful of pumpkin seeds in your mouth. They get too mushy.
