  • Armchair Imagineering: Harry Potter Park

Inspired by Larxene1959's post about a HP attraction, I thought it would be fun to have people chime in on how they'd do a Harry Potter theme park.

Where in the world would it go, what would the lands, attractions, shows, restaurants, stores, etc. be like?

    This should be fun!

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

Well for sure instead of Sleeping Beauty Castle you would have Hogwarts castle ... and I think Platform 9 3/4 should be a land as well as Diagon Alley, and Hogsmeade

Aw dude! Yeah! You could have Hogsmeade Station, Platform 9 3/4, and you'd have to put up some others, depending on the theme of the lands.

        Great idea!

OOOOH! You should enter into the park through Platform 9 3/4 and then you can ride it to the castle or to Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley ... cool stuff!

The Hogwarts Express could be like the monorail, taking guests to the Park from the parking lot. They could turn the dinning hall into a restraunt with the simulated sky celling. Ghost could fly though the walls why your'e eating. Maby the Sorting hat could "sort" kids and there could be an AA Dumbledoor... You could have a launch coaster themed to the cars Harry and Ron hijack in "Chamber of Secrets" that would tangle through the giant Whopping Willow and around the castle...
