  • CM guest passes

A friend's brother works at Disneyland and we were hoping that he could get us into Disneyland for free on Sunday... which is Father's Day. Is it a black-out date?

Also, I read that the CM can only sign in 3 guests. Does he get a discount to buy regular tickets (if there are more than 3 of us that want to go) and if so, how much?

My friend is asking her brother tomorrow (whom I'm sure will know the specifics of the CM guest passes) but I'm just curious so I thought I'd try MiceChat first!

    CMs can purchase discounted tickets. A one-day, one-park is $59/50 (vs. $66/56) and a 1 Day Park Hopper is $66/56 (vs. $91/81). That's Regular (10 and over)/Child (3-9).

Did you find out if Fathers' Day is a blockout day?

CM get discounted tickets, not free - I don't think?
If a CM gets a ticket for $59 it is cheaper if you know someone who works at Auto Club, employees can get Disneyland tickets for $51 dollars.

I searched online and I think that CMs can sign in friends several times a year. And they can also get a few free passes to give to friends? I'm not exactly sure...

The friend's brother confirmed that he can sign us in on Sunday so I guess it's not a blacked out date. (The term "sign in" sounds shady, but it's not )

The discounted prices listed above are correct. They can get free tickets too but I think the limit is two on select days. The cast member also has to be out of costume in order to use their discount or get the free tickets at the ticket counter, but they can get them at the team center if they're in costume.
