Foods CMs who are currently not topped out will receive a 3% increase on their current rate.
Foods CMs who are topped out (or specifically, over the reference rate specified in the contract) will receive a 3% raise on the Reference Rate
CT Foods CMs will receive a 1.5% raise.
As such, the new rates for non topped out Foods CMs will be as follows:
Assistant Chef: $17.51
Banquet Captain (Tipped): $11.59
Banquet Help (Tipped): $7.73
Banquet Houseman (Tipped): $8.90
Bartender: $10.35
Boudin Baker: $12.10
Bushelp (Tipped): $7.83
Cashier: $9.60
Chef: $18.54
Custodial Busser: $9.84
Dinner Cook: $12.10

My standard foods rate just increased to $9.60/hr. Woo!
Before I went CT last summer it was $10.32/hr. I shouldn't have gone to Europe!Member of the Disney Class of 2005

"Back in the day" the day custodians received a small per hour bonus on the days they had to bathroom duty. You know the guys and gals that run around cleaning the bathrooms while the park is opened.
I worked as night custodian, but if I recall correctly, it was $.30-.50 per hour on the days you worked the bathrooms. I don;t know if they still do that or not.Jeff made me famous!
