I was terminated in August for attendance... it was mostly for points near the end when I became chronically ill and had to leave work early/show up late etc. Got a lot of points for that. So I know that I'm on Restricted Rehire and I have to have a steady job for at least 6 months before I can reapply. I plan to do this in February, as I got a job right away after that (not as good as Disneyland though (
. Has anyone else been in a similar situation, or was a restricted rehire and got hired back? I just want to know what my chances are, especially now that I have medicine that completely prevents this happening again. Do you think they'll take that into consideration?
