The only benefits are the discounts, entrance into the Park, special events, cast previews etc. You can opt for stock purchases and after 700 hours you can join the Pension plan if you wish. 5 paid Holidays per year (at time and a half) for the first 3 years, 7 after that. No sick pay, vacation pay, health coverage....that is for full time employees only.

Having been enrolled in BasicMed for a while, it isn't all that bad. It covers routine medical care (i.e. going to the Doctor to take care of a cold). As long as you don't require massive surgery or repeated visits to the Doctor and Specialists, you're fine.
It's when you do require those things that it can get messy....
If you're CR in a Union role, you do accrue Seniority, which is one of the main factors in determining who goes FT.
