  • CT to CR

First of all, I would like to thank you all for your advices. It turn out my spot is pretty chill and great after all. The job is not that bad and I start to like it more. I'm intended to work past new year, but I'm not sure if I can be a CR. I already sign a form to become a CR, but the representative call me that I have to wait until January if I get it. Do you think I would get that spot? Also, I was wondering after January 2nd, I'm done for seasonal, but a week later, I have a work schedule post say LOB TC Day 2 T. Is that when the manager check on me or something. Thanks again and Happy Holiday?

    Re: CT to CR

They say January 2nd cause thats basically when you find out if you got it or not. It's first come fist serve. They won't even call you, they'll send you a letter. It's all dependent on business needs and if there are any positions open. Hope you get CR.

      Re: CT to CR

LOB Day 2 Training is a required class that essentially "finishes" your non-OJT. It takes place at TDA. Even though you are Seasonal, they want to make sure you take that class and get it out of the way, that way you're ready-to-go once spring break hits.

As for transferring from CT to CR, it really depends. I have some friends who put in requests and are still CT, and I have a few who did get moved up. Call them a lot and keep bugging them.

I haven't got any response yet except "we'll see it by jan 5th if you got the CR". Should I call them or waited?

Call Call Call! It's after January 5th, right? Ask them what's up.

Actually, now you have seniority. CTs technically have no seniority.
