  • face character body types?

i'm new so hello c: but i've been looking all over for the body types to be a face character. i have a larger bust and i was wondering if bust size is taken into consideration when choosing people to portray a face character and what they prefer. i don't want it to ruin my chances of being one D:

also if this is in the wrong place, i'm sorry.

The short answer is yes, breast size is taken into consideration, as is height, weight, skin tone, overall body shape, and overall body size. However, there's no hard fast rule as to what constitutes a desired size range. That's because it all comes down to a person's appearance overall. For example, a woman who is 5'0 and 95lbs with a C cup might not be as proportioned as a woman who is 5'7 and 135lbs with a D cup. The latter might be better proportioned than the former.

Bottom line, it truly depends on the character, the overall appearance of the person auditioning, and what the recruiter is looking for. There are lots of rules of thumb, but no hard fast rules.

Is there a specific character you wanted to be? For example, princesses are going to have very strict requirements so if your bust is really big then don't get your hopes up for that.

I think, for obvious reasons, that would preclude the characters of Wendy and Alice at least.
