I applied for a food service position and had the interview but now my dashboard just says 'In Progress'

ok so whats the problem LOL, it mean exactly what it say youve had an interview but sill in progress as they havnt had a job for you yet.

I had a second interview with photopass but was told a couple days later that I was not selected but the food service one still say in progress...does it still mean that???

Didn't your earlier post originally include a story where you were told by a recruiter that you were not being considered for either anymore and you could reapply in six months?

If that was the case, you are not really in progress and you can reapply in six months.

Yes but like in my earlier post both my first recruiter and the second interviewer told me that if the photopass didn't work out that they could put me somewhere else. Hence the confusion because if they couldn't wouldn't that have changed all of my status to No Longer In Consideration?

I applied also and it said that for almost a month before they gave me an email to schedule an interview.
