        WDW 2000

        MGM-Disney Studios Day Custodial.

Loved it, the reason I decided to work at DL.

Maybe that's why it no longer exsists. I wish I could go to DLR instead. Oh well... FL here I come!

The DLR was one of the first things cut after DCA opened and didn't do as well as hoped- it was a much smaller program than WDW- probably not more than 200 people from the west coast. The lodging was kind of expensive, but we did have some cool things like a 5am VIP tour of the park (Walt's apartment and Club 33 included), a dinner at the festival arena, a scavenger hunt, tours of WDI and stuff like that. The regular CM's loved us though because we were enthusiastic and did their best to impress us by showing us everything they knew (maybe 5 cute college girls entering day custodial at the same time had something to do with that....)

Have fun BPF- you are gonna love it If I still lived there, I would do the actual internship to learn more of the operations end of it.
