  • Getting Paid for "Traditions" Orrientation,and training....

    On sunday,...i had my first orrientation called "Traditions:,and whe took a tour,leanred about disneyland etc...the tour guide said we will be getting paid for it....i was happy because i didnt think we would get paid for training and stuff....but then a thought came to my mind...how do they pay us,if we didnt clock in or anythang?...that havnt even gave us our clock in card yet...do they have it on record already???....or what??/

    Yes, You do get paid for "training" they call it.

      Well, they know if you showed up or not, and they have all your info, so they just put you down for 3 hours or whatever. No biggie. I'm guessing if you didn't pick up your name tag, then they know you weren't there.

        Yes. When you checked in and got your nametag sticker, you were recorded as being present and will paid for the time spent in traditions. Unless things have substantially changed, you won't be clocking in using your timecard until the first day of on-the-job training.
