  • I'm a new hire at Autopia. Help Please.

Anybody work on that ride? Can you tell me what to expect or how it is? It's kind of funny cause my dad used to work the Autopia when he was my age.
You Contradict the fact that you still want me around,
and it's all downhill from here.

I think those that bump other cars, you're supposed to drag them out of their car by their collar and beat them with a stick and throw them in the submarine lagoon.......

    Ha! Can you imagine?

Man, you would have to clear out the entire track if they did that!

I am sorry. I had to work Auto for a year and half. I came to my senses and quit last month. When it rains it pours, on windy days down in the station turns into a big wind tunnel and in the middle of summer it is ALWAYS 10 degrees hotter on the track than it really is outside. My advice to you is leave while you can. If you stick around a little bit though my advice to you is on the morning warming up the cars always hold the choke. You will get this when you open a lot.

Couldn't you of requested to be cross-trained someplace else

How do you fill out a car ride attraction? You make the cars go glacial speeds!

Sorry - worst ride. I refuse to wait the monsterous wait times for the hideous WDW version of this attraction. Flintstone foot powered cars would be more thrilling.

I did and I was. I hired into Auto and was later cross-trained at both Space and Buzz.

Oh they couldn't move you to a new land? Like New Orleans Square etc? Personally I'd be bored stiff working tomorrowland

Nope, when you work at Disney you can't just go to whatever land you want because you are landlocked. But I guess I can see what you mean in a way since it is NOCC, Adv/Frontier, Fantasy/Toontown but Tomorrowland is all by itself.
