  • Resort Enhancement??

So, I was wondering about the Resort Enhancement people. I've been told that they're the ones who put up all those amazing decorations. Do they do the overlays for the rides too? What's required for a position as one? And just out of blatant curiosity, how much would a position like that pay?
    Thanks muchly!

I wish I knew - I'd LOVE to be on the resort enhancement team! I know there are 50 people on the team for x-mas & 16 for Halloween, so I don't think there are a lot of positions, other than that I'm pretty clueless.

            Re: Resort Enhancement??

Resort Enhancement is in charge of Decor in the Parks, DTD, and the hotels only. They decorate all the trees, garland wreaths, store windows, etc etc. There is a vid on The Hub (if you can access it) that shows the Resort Enhancement facility and what they do.

Down at WDW its called Holiday Services. They are in charge of the 20 some hotels, DTD, and all 4 parks.

Both work throughout the year on both Christmas and Halloween, prepping decor, decorating trees, garland, etc. Some of the Christmas Decor gets new themes each year, like certain trees, and garland.
