  • Mystery In Disneyland I

'Twas a few weeks before Halloween,
    and all through the Park.
    Not a creature was stirring,
    Even Pluto didn't bark.

The pumpkins were all on the balconey with care,
in hope that the the six would soon be there.

The six were winners of a Year of a Million Dreams,
and Disney was hoping to get a few screams.

They were on a speical tour and wouldn't you know?
They were now at The Haunted Mansions door.
But the mansion was decked out for the holidays,
Halloween and Christmas so it would seem.

As they would there ready to go,
a Ghostess came out to start the show.

"Welcome foolish Mortal, I will be taking you on a tour of the mansion."

"Now Hurry along and look alive,"
she quipped as the winners were let inside.

But one figure stayed behind and no one saw what would happen to the subsitute Sandy Claws.

Once the tour was was done,
the six wondered what was to come.

"Jack Skellington wants a picture of us by the gates. Hurry up or we will be late."

But to their horror and surprise,
the large Jack Skellingtion was gone from the site.

When the cops arrrived they searched hihg and low,
but dear Mr. Skellington was a no show.

(Do you think I would leave it like this dear reader?)

The six are now kept in a room of white,
the the police go over the criminal site.

    One of them, but who?

It up to you dear readers, by looking at the clues.

But be warned things are not always as they seem.

    There's no turning back now...

    Suspects:

Dippy Dawg- A college student from Santa Cruz who worships Nightmare Before Christmas. His side of the dorm room was filled with merchindise. He wants soemthing speical for his room, something no one else has...

Barfownz- Barfownz got here by luck. He was visiting his sister when she handed him the ticket. She couldn't and asked him to go instead. Happy that he got a chance he told her that he will get her something...

Disney Wrassler- A new employee of the Disnet park, he was asked to go with DisneyLighting (another employee.) He doesn't know why but he was just so happy to be there...

Penguinsoda- Mother of two from Missouri. They had come for their once-a-year trip and she was approached by the dream team. Though she could be the only one to go, she promised her kids something speical...

MigitMouse- From Flordia. He thinks that WDW resort if the best park there is. He also thinks that the MK Haunted Mansion deserves the Overlay. So he won the contest with an idea in mind...

Disney lighting- As an employee, he didn't think that Disney would let him go on this tour. He was asked mostly to keep an eye on the crowd, and trin a new CM. But there might be a darker reason..

There you go now post your alibis.

    (sorry for spelling)

BUT.....I went with two other people in the group and they can confirm that I did not steal the Jack Skellington thing. I'd honestly break my back just trying to lift it even if I tried. Plus I am pretty Klutzie. If I were to steal that I would have to be cunning and sneaky.

I am a ghost guy. So when I saw the tour getting started, I bolted back to where the tour guide was.

yes, my idea... i am hoping to be a head magineer down at WDW and was hoping as my first big project to have our dear Jack come to the magic kingdom in florida to scare up some fun... i had never been to disneyland before and i thought this would be the perfect time, i thought it would be nice to see the real thing to perhaps inspire me...like our dear walt did when he was inspired to make disneyland...but that doesnt mean he picked up fairy land and walked away with it...its the same situation here.

besides, that thing is huge!!! how would i walk out of the park with it...im sure that every visitor to disneyland walks out with a nice huge sculpture of their favorite character (and actually i prefer zero the dog...) if i were to steal it i would most likely be caught, and forget being hired by disney...i would probably be killed by Mr. Iger himself. whoever did steal it probably took it from above the ground...none of you would have connections with an airplane or helicopter pilot would you?

to do this would not only perform and illegal task...but do something so horrible that dear walt himself would stir in his grave...my freinds...i did not do it.

Ah, so speaks the person who may have wanted to cherish the sculpture of Jack for something other than "eye candy." I presume . I am starting to wonder if in your case art lies not in the eye of the beholder, but the hands of the beholder.

As long as you do not steal the five dollars that are in my wallet, we shall form a cunning alliance, but I have eyes in the back of my head, just incase someone tries to hit me with a candle stick .

I may worship The Nightmare Before Christmas, but for one that statue is bigger than I. My fascination is smaller and more sinister, I can't be the right guy.

AH! but even the smallest temptation can quickly turn into a big one, a more 'sinister' one.

Leave the candlestick alone and let it float happily down the hallway!!!

I'm more humble, and have little use for big things.

Oh please!! There is no way I could ever do something so horrible and sinister!! What kind of example would it set for my dear sweet children if I did something like that!!! Think of the pain!! Think of the anquish!! Think of their father having to take care of them alone if I was in prison!!!

AHA! There is but one more person missing from this equation!

We have myself, who clearly had eye witnesses at the time that can verify I had not done the crime.

We have Migitmouse who 'claims' to have come to admire the skeleton 'visually.'

We have Dippy Dawg who claims that big things do not suit their savy. But we also know that lies come in small white packages.

We have Barfownz. Perhaps he was anxious to become a Disneyland CM just to get their hands on the skeleton himself!

And we have penguinsoda. Sweet and lovable, penguin soda.................
                                        .
                                        .
                                        .
                                        .
                                        .
Or is that what PenguinSoda wants us to believe? We all know that many individuals tend to drown out their dark little secrets with charm. PLUS, isn't it ironic that she has a quote from Alexloop in her signature? Proof that she has connections to the creator of this game here on MC and perhaps more proof that she was able to get information from him when it came to devising a plan to steal the skeleton.

But if I am looking clearly, the sixth suspect has yet to post. A clear sign that the individual is nervous, scared, and full of guilt KNOWING that they stole the Skeleton statue!

The evidence is right in front of your folks.
