162,031 feathers spread across the gravel lots of my massive retirement neighborhood...none of which are parrot feathers...but the assorted pigeons, doves and what I call clown birds....you wouldn't believe it if I wrote all about clown birds. Owls, coyotes, dogs/cats, falcons and hawks probably are major cause of all those feathers flying around down to the gravel yards...rattlesnakes tend to make less of a mess when consuming birds.
