  • Oil Blotting Sheets

We've kind of talked about these a little on the bazillion Sephora threads.

I usually prefer the Clean & Clear ones as they work good, don't mess up my makeup and they're inexpensive (around $3.50 or so for 50 sheets).

Well, I tried a different kind yesterday that I liked, so I figured I'd tell ya'll about them. I got them at Sally Beauty and they're by Palladio. They're rice paper sheets and were $2.99 for 40 sheets.

I have the oily T-zone from hell and it's even worse in the summer, so I need something that will help soak up that nasty excess oil (an extra dusting of Mineral Veil just doesn't cut it sometimes). These seemed to do the job pretty well. You can blot with either side of the paper (the matte side has ride powder in it). And it doesn't mess up your makeup, which is a huge plus for me.

Just wanted to throw out another option for those of you who might be interested and would like another inexpensive option.

I use the sheets from Skin ID - Neutrogena. They don't mess up the make-up. They are $6.99 for 60 sheets. A little on the expensive side.

I'll have to try the Palladio ones too.

I was gonna wonder if they were rice sheets before you said they were. I used to have some and they work really well. What a great deal you found! Depending on where you get them, they can be kinda pricey.

I really love the Boscia green tea oil blotting linens. They're incredible.
