:shy: Who wear Stilettos to DL?? The reason why im asking this is b/c I was at the park sunday a saw a few women with Stiletto boots on, Highheels, and this one chick with total stripper shoes (You know the clear one with a 8 inc heel?) getting off splash Mountain. Now dont get me wrong, Iam a very girly girl (Going to school to be a make-up artist) I have tons of clothes, shoes, & make-up and if i could get away w/wearing heels to DL w/out my feet about to fall off, I would. But there are just some things not to wear to DL, I mean come on your feet have to be killing you?! I do waer make-up and curl my hair when i go to the park but NEVER Heels of any kind, I just dont get it. More power to the girls that can though.

But wear them to DL???? By the end of the day my feet kill me when wearing sneakers! Yikes!!! Talk about crazy.

My daughter just told me she wore her heels all day Saturday, and has no blisters. I think I could've done it at 17, but at 40-something??? no way. Give me Birkenstocks always.

High heels never bother my feet but I wouldn't wear them to DL. Unless I was going there for something special (like Club 33 or a private party).

Well all the chicks I saw (not the one on SM, my god.) were walking at a good speed, you know staying with the crowd, but IMO I think its a more to be seen kind of thing, Now dont get me worng im not tyring to be a hater but like i said there are no no outfits (along) with shoes that ya dont wear to DL.

Wow...I go to Disneyland with no makeup and I wear flip flops more often than not!

Disneyland in heels? I'd be miserable and I'd probably make my whole group miserable complaining about the pain.

Heck no...not to DL....and I am the kind of gal who loves wearing heels to work and special occasions. But at DL, it's just too painful... and my meanie friends made me wear my boots with heels for a few hours the last time I was there!!! (Just kidding guys....it was just cuz I made the mistake of packing my snaekers and flip flops in my luggage that was in the valet storage unit till our room was ready)

I can't wear anything with heels, period. They kill my feet, and that combined with the fact that i'm a klutz, I fall pretty often and get blisters fast, like within half an hour of wearing them.

I wear heels nearly every day but there's no way my feet could tolerate a day at Disney in them. No blisters but they'd be hurting big time byt he end of the day. When I know I'm in for a lot of walking, I go with my trusty Adidas.

I have worn heels around DL a few times. I was there 4 days for work once and I would walk around instead of changing all the time. Also when I stay there sometimes I bring nice clothes if I know we will be going somewhere nice to eat. Sometimes I meet up with my BF and his family and they go to really upscale places. I'm sure at a glance people think I'm crazy, but I'm not in them all day. That would probably kill me now, but back in the day when I had to wear heels daily it wouldn't have bothered me at all. Heels would defiantly not be my first choice if I knew I would be there all day...LOL

Ive seen the girls you speak of. These are usually the girlies who are walking so slow that Im sure snails are begging for them to move outta the way. Like someone else said, my feet hurt from wearing sneakers all day, I couldnt imagine wearing heels.

Yeah - I don't understand the idea of wearing unsensable shoes to Disneyland - or anywhere where you will be on your feet longer then 1/2 an hour. I wear make-up and do my hair - but I wear flip flops or runners. NOT stripper shoes. Heh. Silly people.

It's interesting... I, too, stare in awe and bemusement at the people who wear heals and such to the park. I always wear comfortable shoes during my visits, but I still make sure to put on a little lip gloss and mascara before I go, just to make sure I look cute in any pictures! So I guess there must be something about Disneyland that makes some of us want to look our best, even though we're just playing all day.
