  • Arbonne...

Has any one heard of a skin care line called Arbonne?

My friend sells stuff and she wants me to try/buy and join her little company. And she is hosting a party next week at our house. I'm not sure about this stuff. I might try some of the minerial vail powder(Sorry Dlndmom).

My friend just started selling this stuff too. I went to one of her parties recently and liked some of the products so I bought a few items. I think it's worth going to.....it' s a really rapidly growing company so you'll probably end up going to one of their parties sooner or later.

      Re: Arbonne...

I used to use it about 2 years ago. I have used Proactiv to cleanse my face for about 10 years and wanted to try the Arbonne moisturizer and makeup but not the cleansing products. The rep stalked me to the point I wanted to get a restraining order. I'm not kidding. She insisted that I MUST give up Proactiv and use only Arbonne products (or apparently I would burn in hell). :lmao:

The products made my face break out. I probably didn't stick around long enough to give it a chance but I was so turned off my the high pressure sales tactics of this one rep that I never contacted her again and stopped taking her calls. As with all multi-level marketing companies, if you decide to pursue this don't use the high pressure sales angle.

It wasn't me, it was Lisa!

          Good advice there!

I'm always skeptical of the groups that have "parties" to sell their products when really they're just trying to sign up more reps.

But hey, try the stuff out, you've got nothing to loose.

Some of the women at the top of that company are making big bucks (22k per month) and driving around in BMW's that the company gave them!!!

Sure, that's how MLM's work. The handfull at the top get rich while the VAST majority of the people in the company get nothing or actually have to PAY to keep representing the products.

haha, we just had a guy at our hotel do a presentation for this product. I don't think anyone showed up, but, he was really nice, and gave me some samples to give my BF and Mom. I can't use anything my Derm doesn't specifically tell me to use, but, I bet my BF will be all over it!
