  • The Latest Disney read

I was surfing through where there was an article about an up and coming book that just from the publicity sounds hysterical. It's called "Queens in the Kingdom: The Ultimate Gay and Lesbian Guide to the Disney Theme Parks" (May 2007, Avalon Travel Publishing; $17.95). I don't know if I expect to see a review of it in Kevin's article, but if someone does come by that I would really love to know what they thought about it.

I think this is a reprint of an older edition.

The book is ok. I didn't think it offered any great insight or tips. I thought the gay aspect came more from the writing style.

I would reccomend Tinker Belles and Evil Queens: The Walt Disney Company from the Inside Out, by Sean Griffin. This isn't a touring guide, but an interesting read on Disney and the LGBT Community.
