  • Sleepness Nights, and the internet

So...I haven't been sleeping. Lots of reasons - we all have these nights (days, weeks...)

After searching and emailing a few very good, very silly friends random trivia I found on the on-line encyclopedia (didn't know it was on-line...I mean this lovingly, but sometimes 6 years of Disney distracts one from the "other world"...)

    Anyway, l I found this:

    Holiday heart syndrome
    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Jump to: navigation, search
Holiday heart syndrome is a result of binge drinking.
It is defined as "arrhythmias of the heart, sometimes apparent after a vacation or weekend away from work, following excessive alcohol consumption; usually transient" [1]. The term was coined by Ettinger et al in 1978 [2]).
Atrial fibrillation is the most common arrhythmia in holiday heart syndrome, but a variety of changes in the intervals and morphology of the EKG may occur.

Wow - it has a name. I thought it was called a hang-over...things change when you are in baby-land for a while...

I'll try to go to sleep now. Silly-maximum has been reached.
    With love,

    Vern

Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust...that's all you need.

Some days you count your blessings,
    Somedays you county your friends
but always you count them together.

    True friends last,
through the bitching and the laughing
    the tears and the hugs

    To my friend
(who has no idea I'm doing this)
    I love you
Thank you for being the other half of my tee-pee

    Silly Tink...
Oh, and just in case you ever wondered:
    Dirty Girls Conserve Water!

    so... effing... weird.

Eh, It's all the greasy foods and high cholesterol... that's all.
"Peter," she asked, trying to speak firmly, "what are your exact feelings to me?"
"Those of a devoted son, Wendy."
"I thought so," she said, and went and sat by herself at the extreme end of the room.
