Should be a great post season. This will be a great thread for discussion, and our ongoing "Talkin' Baseball" thread is also still very much open for business!!!
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

I am surprised that nobody posted a poll asking who would win the World Series this year. I am inept at such things.

Re: Talking Baseball: The Postseason Thread

With the creation of the new Sports Zone, I am not surprised to see that almost all the teams have their own thread.

One thing I know for sure. It's not going to be dull. Either here at MiceChat or at each game of the playoffs, which start today.

Thanks for posting the schedule. It will be a great reference for me during the playoffs.

I am actually enjoying the announcers on the Yankees/ Indians game. I guess I got used to Chip Caray when he did the games for the Cubs with Steve Stone.

Lots of great baseball so far, no matter what team you are rooting for.

They are doing really well. The score is Indians 11, Yankees 3. It is in the 8th inning.

Yeah, I've been flipping the channel and checking in every now and then. I'll be rooting for your Cubbies as well!

The Cubs game is just about ready to start. I hope that I can stay awake for the entire game. I kind of took a little cat nap in the middle of last night's game. It is 9 p.m. here in Chicago. The game will probably end about midnight.

yeah, it sucks for the PST time zone as well. I have to go to sleep now. I have to work early in the morning.
The cubs are only 4 runs behind. I have more hopes of them catching up than I did the yankees. That was just craziness.
