Tom Tom One

I've been asked to look at a tom tom one for a friend. It "stopped working".
Does anyone know if any more than the maps are on the SD card, as that seemed to be corrupt as the route cause, or are there OS based fioles on there as well ?

I'm trying to avoid a send it back scenario, though it's genuine and that route is open.

I don't know for sure what all is on the SD card, although I suspect voices are also kept there, and it could have some of the OS; you might want to try hooking it up to the PC and on-line and see if you can reload the information on to it (hoping that the SD card is corrupted, and not fried).
