Uh help witht the Micechat counter...

Countdown=&day=17&month=7&year=2005&hour=5&min=55& sec=55]It's time to party in:[/countdown]

Thats the example... where do I enter how many days months etc... and do we keep al the numbers in place and the "&" signs or do we replace the "&" sign with our time?

Ok, here's my tutorial:

1. Start with the [ countdown= , (with no space) Then type &day=17&month=7&year=2005&hour=5&min=55&sec=55, with no spaces. You should fill in the information with your date. If your date was say, May 5, you would fill in: day=5, month=5, year=2005, and whatever time you care to put. Dont change anything else!If you wan't it to count up to midnight, just leave the times as zeros. Keep in mind that the hour function works on 24 hour time (miliary time)
2. Close the tag with a ]
3. Type what ever the occasion is. For instance, "Countdown to May 5:" (without the quotes)
4. Type a closing [/countdown] tag.

Set this way, the above instructions would produce the following result:


[countdown=&day=17&month=7&year=2005&hour=5&min=55& sec=55]Countdown to May 5[/countdown]

17 change to the day you are going, 2005 change to the year you are going, 5 change to the hour you will get there, and the 55's change to the minute and second. (change the 5 and 55's to zeros to set for midnight)

You can change the "its time to party" to say what u want it to, like mine says yipee.

Then thats it! Took me a time or two to get it right myself

It's so much easier to copy and paste the original 'test' script and make the changes therein. Well...lazier anyway
