Call it weird, but last week in Mexico (I was on a 7 day cruise), I checked MC from an internet terminal, and the images were broken. I know that they had Norton Internet Security installed on that computer, and some other stuff.
I however, think it may be a DNS issue with certain ISPs, or related to the DNS and Norton itself. If the problem is ongoing, contact your ISP, or Symantec themselves. This is clearly NOT an MC issue. It could also be that you are behind some sort of Proxy server. I will try fiddling with some stuff, but if the issue continues, then be sure to check with them.
check your security level and see how "high" it is... then see if you can find a way to lower it for images... (I have never used it...)
Okay, I checked and my security level is at low and it is set to accept images, etc. This is the only site I am having this problem on. I visit another site that has an almost identical set up (just different colors) with alot of the same icons and images and I don't have problems there.
If you have Norton VirusScan on your computer, that is usually the source of the problem.
There is a simpler solution, but I advise you to dump Norton and use AVG Free...
Oh my gosh, I thought I was going nuts, I'm having the same problem and I do run on Norton. Everything was ok, and then suddenly a little over a week ago I started having the problem of all the icons gone and only the wording showing (boy is it confusing to read posts that way!).
I've clicked on every link and they all come up...The photo's embedded in the posts are still visible. I'm going to guess you have a bug or glitch or Something. Hope you get it fixed! When you do, check out the tulips that are in full bloom a month early! The real colors almost hurt your eyes.
May I ask, for the last two days all the images stored on the site seem to have broken links... Are you guys on this? or am I the only one experiancing this?
