  • How do I add a different ipod to itunes?

    I have my itunes on my computer, but when my daughter gets her ipod for christmas how do I add hers with out all my music going onto her ipod?

    sounds like a job for matt karla.. he knows these things.. wayne might but he is sleeping (he has a ipod)

      Just make sure the option to "manually add songs to ipod" is checked for her iPod. That way only music you put on there goes onto it and it doesn't automatically update it.
      What an idiot....

        Tui is right.

        However if your PC is running Windows XP, you could also use separate users, and each of you would have your own library.

        If nothing in that sentence makes sense to you, then forget I said anything and just use Tui's answer.
