they don't go on sale until tomorrow.

I didn't buy one, if I do get one it will be a couple of years from now. What I do not like about it is the typing interface and the fact you have to use itunes to use the phone. i friggin hate itunes!!!

I will wait and see....and just enjoy my BB curve for now...

You're not kidding. This has been a waiting for Friday kind of week!

But at least, not much more and I'm done for awhile! Whoopee!

I think I'll be buying several.

It's just that I won't likely know about it until I see the end-of-July expense reports.

Well, I was early yesterday. But today I've still not seen any report on MC.

              Who got one?

Re: OK, so who bought an iPhone?

I finally got one, and I didn't have to wait! I just went to the Irvine Spectrum Apple Store at around 9 pm, and purchased a 4GB model. The store was jam-packed with people crowding around the display phones for testing, but there were no lines for purchasing that late. They were completely out of 8GB models, but I was going for the 4GB anyways. I wasn't planning on the iPhone replacing my current iPod, so that is why I opted for the cheaper model...

I have no complaints so far...to me it has lived up to the hype. It is amazing.

I will post more as I have to time to play around with it.

That's interesting that they ran out of the 8G model. Some were theroizing that most stores would run out of the 4G.

                            Enjoy, and report back!

Great device. I was the only employee at my store excited about the iPhone. Within minutes of playing with the demo phones, all of my co-workers gave me props and became believers lol.

We have wifi setup in the store, and the internet is super fast. Google maps loaded no problem. I haven't experienced any long loading times yet, unlike my blackberry. Typing is going to take a little getting used to, but that's a given.

                              So far, I'm in love.
