Anyone know MPIO - Help :(

I got a MPIO FY600 for christmas a couple years ago, and it started screweing up, the button didnt work and it was glitchy. We sent it in for the warrenty and they said they replaced whole main board.
Sent it back and fixed button, not the errors. Sometimes it says windows could not complete the format, Or when it does finish its full right after format! Also if i off it and on it it is all fuzz on screen and says insert system file.

I've worked out thtta the Firmware could of crashed. I tried the newest one but i noticed.. The FY600 Was not popular, And now popular, i think its a bit different and new f/w=new fy600 only. So i try my old f/w again and the disk full so i can do the firmware, AND the firmware has system file

Anyone have any idea what to do? The errors keep changing and i loved this MP3 player, i use a psp for music but not as simple as a little handheld for Only music.
