I was at a party yesterday and heard three parents going on and on at how expensive Disneyland has become. Knott's should exploit this opening more aggressively and play up the differences (the taller version of DCA's bad Maliboomer without spit guards, faster spinning bumper car & teacup type rides--I know they're not themed as well, but speed is good if you're over 6). If Paul Pressler, Michael Eisner (and yes, even George K.) had ever ruled Knott's, almost the entire Ghost Town area might have become and remained be one giant T-shirt shop. Then Knott's would have closed due to "changing consumer recreational habits." End rant.
