  • Crowds at USF during Halloween Horror Nights

I know Halloween Horror Nights get really crowded at Universal Studios Florida. However, how bad are the crowds near the beginning of the event? I'm thinking of going on September 26th and 27th.

Also I've been to Busch Gardens Africa's Howl-O-Scream a couple of times and it is amazing. How does HHN compare to it?

Crowds are bad every night. Going on a weekday is all you could hope for.

HHN is far superior in the design department and has much better shows. However, it's usually too crowded and the scares are a lot more predictable. If you want flashy entertainment, HHN is better. If you want the most scares and a more relaxed experience, HOS is a better choice.
