  • Wondercon 2010 (april 2-4)

Hey all, wondering if anyone here on Mice Chat is going to Wondercon next weekend in San Francisco CA.

I am going to be in Artist Alley at table AA48 if anyone wants to come by and I plan to have some sort of Easter Surprise on Sunday. I am guessing it will either included bunny's and/or candy.

I was wondering if anyone was going to start up a thread XD
I'll be there all three days, going to be my first WonderCon (and comic convention in general, though I'm an anime con veteran lol). Really excited for the group cosplays I'll be doing with my friends, and it will be interesting to compare my experience with anime conventions to that of WC.

The lottery for those exclusive Black Lantern Hal Jordan and White Lantern Sinestro figures is probably going to be disastrous but I do wish I could go.

It can't possibly be as crowded as San Diego Comic Con, I think.

I have friends that will be up there but sadly I won't be. Have a good time! If you can post a Trip Report with photos, that would be great!

Well, it can be insanely crowded particularly on Saturday. Best to come early and have a bit of a plan on the panels, booths and events you want to go too.

I also would like to mention there is going to be a fun fundraiser for the Hero Initiative and artist Ed Hannigan at the Cartoon Art Museum Friday night. The museum is only a few blocks away and it's a sliding scale to get in starting at $5. It's usually a bit mellow with lots of industry folks there. If you have not been to the museum, you need to check out the very cool Batman exhibit.
