  • [Question] Where's Professor Snape?

I guess i should start by warning that this may be a small spoiler if you're heading to IOA.

That being out of the way, the family just finished 2 days at Universal Orlando. Amzingly better than expected. More on that in another post. But getting to the question. Rode the absolutely fantastic, and slightly nauseating, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. Looked especially closely during the second ride. Saw all the main characters except one. A particularly major character. That is, Professor Severus Snape. Asked the attendants and they said they've been meaning to ask, but had no answer.

Does anyone out there have an answer? Where's Snape? And if you don't have the real answer, points will also be awarded for creativity.

    Thanks.

The "story" on the ride has nothing to do with needing Professor Snape's assistance or expertise. Plus, Alan Rickman probably wasn't available. But honestly in the rides sequence he really wasn't needed, so I didn't miss his presence. Nor did the story even feature Voldemort. If Snape would be missed anywhere, that would be somewhere in the queue of the ride looking at everyone from a doorway telling them to move along or some other snide remark. And every so often him opening and closing that same door.

I agree, he wasn't really needed on the ride itself. But in the castle corridors, it would have been great! "Move. Along. Now."
