Alright people, I'm going to San Diego in two weeks. I've scoured through TripAdvisor and Yelp, but I need personal opinions. Where are some great places to eat? Hodad's? Phil's BBQ? Give it to me!

Re: Eating in San Diego
Depends on what cuisine you want to eat, there are a lot of choices.
Phil's for the BBQ, no doubt but the wait line can be painful (see their website cam to see how long the line is). Take out is faster.
Hodad's makes great shakes. The downtown one is much less popular but the ambiance isn't as good.
I enjoy Bully's for the late night dining, or maybe Saska's.

Re: Eating in San Diego
I'm fine for any cuisine, but I forgot to mention there will be a 2-year old in tow. I'm not looking to cater specifically to him, for he is easy-going, just as long as there is kid food somewhere.
