Spyland combines educational and amusement activities based on the theme. A program mixing the real world and the world of adventure will make the park visit exciting for everyone. Main Street brings visitors to the innovative and interactive historical center, the "Spy Bureau", something unique in the world. They access then to the amusement section, where games, roller and water coasters will be available.
A 3-star hotel with 330 rooms in Valence and a 5 star hotel with 150 rooms in Dubaï are currently part of the project.
Spyland International Inc (S2I) is responsible for the worldwide development of the Spyland concept. Since 2001, S2I has investigated the possibility of implementing the first Spyland Park in the south of France, where infrastructures and market offer a highly promising potential with 38 million tourists.
A plot of land has been sought between Valence, Montpellier and Nice (South of France) to house the project. After more than 100 proposals, 15 plots of land evaluated, an acquisition near Aix en Provence was even underway. Spyland will finally be implemented next to Valence (south of Lyon). The forecast opening is for June 2007.
At the same time, Spyland, which is a french concept, is developing worldwide. Spyland plans to open in Dubai in the heart of Dubailand, a giant leisure project. Some other locations are being investigated in Asia and USA to develop up to 4 projects worldwide.
