I was there on Saturday and left the park for a while to shower and came back around 7:30 to pick up my dog from the kennel. HHN was going on that night but the parking lot was open for free by that point anyhow so you should be fine.

I took another look at the website and saw HHN isn't going on the 18th so I should be fine. :yea:

usually they tell you ahead of time when they charge for parking... if they charge you either fight it... or pay it and get reimbursed later?

Okay so I have tickets to a concert at Hard Rock Live next week (the 18th). I saw on Universal's website that parking in the garage is free after 6pm, "except on designated special event nights". Does this inclue Halloween Horror nights? Probably, right? What if I show the parking attendant I have tickets to an event at Hard Rock Live? I have no desire to even atten HHN (I'm a wuss). I've only been to Universal twice in the last 5 years so if anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
