  • Raging Waters or Hurricane Harbor?

I'm thinking of going to a water park with the family in a few weeks. Family includes my wife, my 3 year old daughter and 7 month old son. Maybe Grandma.

I haven't been to Raging Waters in over 10 years, and I have never been to Hurricane Harbor. I live in Santa Clarita area so HH is just a few minutes away, but seeing it's six flags and the type of crowd that place attracts I'm sort of hesitant to go there. But is RW any better?

So I call on knowledgeable micechatters! What water park do you prefer?

I like both, I have been to Magic Mountain/Hurricane Harbor many times, and NEVER had a problem with the crowd.

I like the fact that Raging Waters is built into a hillside, makes the place more of a wilderness feel.

San Dimas Raging Waters? Definately! It's a ton of fun and the crowds are definately family or responsible teens.

Raging Waters definitely because they add a new attraction every summer. At least it has seemed like that.
