USH parking rates?

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I am heading out to Universal Studios Hollywood tomorrow. I haven't been there in about 3 years and was checking out their website.

Is parking really $22 there? That's ridiculous! Or am I not reading something right? Please let me know so I am prepared.

I can't believe that this is something that Disneyland may be less expensive with...

No...it is 20 for preferred..and I believe 11 for the day.

At your own risk, you can also park in the metro lot at the bottom of the hill and take the tram up. That's free, generally plenty of parking on weekends, and usually unpatroled.

MC'er tip...

If you have a handicapped placard or a motorhome/oversize vehicle, don't bother paying for preferred parking. You'll get it anyway.

They'll direct you to the parking area closest to the entrance for those type of vehicles. The motorhomes park along the far edge of the handicapped parking near the shrubbery. Nice size stalls too.

Kudos to USH for thinking about the RV'ers. We usually see about 6 or so parked there when we go.

Since we have had the AP's which include parking for USH for so many years now, I couldn't answer the price question if you offered up a million bucks!
