      Re: SeaWorld late 1980s

I tried looking for Wave Maker on Amazon and Barnes & Nobles websites and I can't find anything there. Please let me know where I can find a copy online as I'd like to order a book if its possible.

Looks like there may have been a garden area as it looks like there were some walkways going back by the flagpole.

When HBJ owned the park, there was an awesome hedge maze off to the side of the giant map. There was also a giant chess board too. HBJ also had a HUGE bookstore in Sea World that stocked a lot of the books HBJ published and tons of educational toys.

I remember the Hedge Maze, the Map and the Chess Board from when I was little. I thought that the Hedge Maze was the coolest thing ever!

I also remember a really cool Laser Show at SeaWorld San Diego in 1989/1990 where they made the old SeaWorld Shamu logo appear in the sky by the use of a Laser!

I remember thinking that was one of the most incredible things ever.

Found a video of the Intensity Games ski show at SWO. It looks liek it's from the early 2000's as Kraken is there (opened in 2000) but the Hawiian Punch Village is still there where the Waterfront area is as is the old bridge connecting the Hawiaan Punch Village to Shamu Stadium.

ID:	7348768Wanted to share what I found. An aerial view of SeaWorld showing the USA map directly in the center. This is the color I remember it being, obviously very faded from the sun compared to the photo shared earlier. Now can any one help identify the other structures? I see the dolphin stadium at the top center

I remember those days. Disney really couldn't do anything about it because they didn't control the air space above their parks.
