VERY Sad to see JAWS go, but also excited to see Diagon Ally take form. Now I'm just waiting for our version to get cracking.

I just realized after seeing the construction update that Universal Studios has quite a few things shut down now for the amount they have. Neutron is gone for Despicable Me and JAWS has been done away with for more Potter.

I wouldn't get too excited. I've been hearing rumors lately that Amity's replacement actually hasn't been given the official green light yet (which I find ridiculous given Amity's closure, but I digress.) They might start demolition right away, but they probably won't. The construction walls are probably a formality of sorts.

I wouldn't get too excited. Well, maybe it might end up being like The Wild West Arena at USH until they find a replacement or green light one. They might just want to level the site in preparation for building a new area.

Um, I know everyone's thinking it'll be for more Potter, but what if it's not? Have they confirmed that Potter will be going in there? Isn't USO supposed to be getting a copy of Transformers somewhere too? Although it is pretty obvious it'll be more Potter.

I doubt it will be Transformers since they already have Spiderman.
& Giving Spiderman new upgrades.

Most likely it will be Potter. But wow they wasted no time on putting up those walls.!!

Universal Orlando will not get Transformers as long as Spidey is still here.

A while back I posted that Kong was coming to Universal Orlando. I had this from a solid source, but it seems that in a sense it will be right. A Kong360 like experience is coming to Orlando... but it will be in the form of the Hogwarts Express.

While in all reality there still is a chance that Potter is not coming to USF (since Universal has not official announced it's coming)

but at this point Universal would be very foolish to allow for this fever pitch of excitement to peak about more Potter and Potter coming to USF if it wasn't true, because it could do incredible damage to their brand.

But I have heard it from enough sources online, and in the parks, and at dinner with friends that I believe it to be what is happening.
